With mushrooms and broccoli, this salmon in a Sicilian way is a great idea for lunch or dinner. Let me know your impressions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For salmon:<\/strong><br \/>\n3 pieces of salmon<br \/>\n2 tsp smoked pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 tsp chili powder<br \/>\nsalt and black pepper to taste<br \/>\njuice of 1 lemon<br \/>\nolive oil for the marinade<\/p>\n<p><strong>For mushrooms:<\/strong><br \/>\n250 g chopped mushrooms<br \/>\n30 g unsalted Ghee butter<br \/>\n3-4 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 small red onion, chopped into small cubes<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 broccoli, separate flowers by hand<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\nWash the salmon and then dry it with a paper towel. Heat the oven to 180\u00b0C. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Then put the salmon on the baking sheet, and also drizzle it with a little olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, smoked pepper flakes, sea salt and black pepper. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. While the salmon is roasting, melt the butter in a frying pan, then add a tbsp of olive oil. Whisk the garlic until it gets brown, about 30 to 45 seconds. Add the onion and saut\u00e9 until softened, about 1-2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and whisk together until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Broccoli:<\/strong><br \/>\nPour water into the pot, add some salt and wait for it to boil, then add broccoli. If you like broccoli to be crunchy, a minute or two is enough to cook. If you want it softer, up to 3 minutes is totally enough. When cooked, serve it immediately with other prepared dishes.
