Smells and flavors of baked whole wheat baguette, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil will take you to the Mediterranean. Indulge in delicious bites and enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n3 handfuls cherry tomatoes, diced<br \/>\n1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped<br \/>\n1-2 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 dl extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nHimalayan salt and pepper as preferred<br \/>\n1 tbsp balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n1-2 whole-wheat baguette, sliced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a medium-sized bowl mix diced cherry tomatoes, basil and garlic. Pour 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil over it, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and Himalayan salt as preferred. Cover and leave the bowl in a fridge. It can be left for up to eight hours before serving. After that, slice the baguette, cover each slice with extra virgin olive oil, then layer in a dish with baking paper. Bake them for 2-4 minutes at 220\u00b0C, until golden and crunchy. It will melt since the baguettes are hot.
